RECEIVING YOUR TENT SHIPMENTUpdated 8 months ago
Every single one of our tents freight out perfectly secure on custom manufactured pallets. If any damage from freight company is observed upon delivery please contact us ASAP by telephone. General rule of thumb if box isnt punctured you should be okay, if it is, please call. Always notate any type of damage on the delivery receipt with the drivers signature.
Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting an item the size of an RTT, no returns will be given after your RTT has been shipped or picked up.
If you cancel your RTT order while it is out for shipment you will incur a 20% deduction from your refund to cover shipping charges and a restocking fee associated with the late cancellation.
If you require an address change after you have received a shipment confirmation email you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs with an en route address change.

4x4 Colorado rooftop tents are shipped via freight.
- Accessories ordered at the same time as a roof top tent do not incur any additional shipping charge. When ordered separately, a shipping fee will be applied.
- Accessories are shipped via USPS or UPS and may vary dependent on the item. If your address is unable to receive deliveries from either of these couriers, please contact 4x4 Colorado at the time of purchase so we can make note of it in advance.
- Any tent freight shipments purchased with a business address and sent to a home address (residential) will result in an invoice due for the difference between commercial and residential addresses.
- Shipping of rooftop tents to Alaska (FAIRBANKS AND ANCHORAGE ONLY), Puerto Rico, and Hawaii: $800 + applicable taxes.
You may cancel your RTT order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
